Two squall lay ahead, showing themselves on the sky. There is a sizable gap between the two. Josh and I are on watch and the squall remain steady on the radar.
The gap has closed in on us and we’ve been purely lucky. Just some rain that proficiently soaks us. It will take some time to emerge on the other side. As we move along the water it begins to soften until the only disruption are rain drops. It’s beautiful: a true testament to the word beauty. I ask why, but there is no answer and we can’t be bothered to go ask. We just watch as we continue on and the water becomes itself again. If only to see that mask again.
